By entering the Zero4Zero Network, you are agreeing to the following terms of
service, whether you have read this message or not.
1) Zero4Zero, the Network Owner, the Datacenters, the Internet Service
providers, or anyone for that matter is not legally responsible for actions
on this server. The users are responsible for what they say and do, and
on request by VERIFIED law enforcement, information from the Zero4Zero
Network logs will be handed over ONLY IF the enforcement agency contacts
zero4zero@z4znet.com DIRECTLY and there is already evidence of illegal
activity.
2) No user can log the chat of another member on this server unless they
receive direct written permission from that user. If the chat is logged
unauthorized, the log cannot be used in a court of law.
3) No government personnel may connect to this server. No law enforcement
agency may connect to this server. You can only connect to this server
if you do not fall in the above two categories, and your connection is
only for your leasure, and not for any company or personal gain.
4) You must give Zero4Zero tacos on Mondays and Fridays. Failure to do so will
result in you loosing your job to a monkey. Or, if you are a monkey,
loosing your job to said taco.
5) If you choose to chat on this network, you must do so in a non-menacing
manner. Any abuse of other users, flooding, packeting, swearing at an
IRCop, will result in a 24 hour kline. Further abuses will result in much
more drastic recourses, up to and including criminal prosecution.
6) IRCops reserve the right to become involved in channel affairs. Judgements
will be made if necessary, and if you disagree in the course of action,
please join #help and leave a message for Zero4Zero to review. However,
this does not imply that an IRCop will solve your personal matters. Most
likely, IRCops will never get involved.

The hub server, irc.z4znet.com, is set with a low user capacity to ensure
quick response to all outlying IRC hubs and network services. There is also a
TCP connection limit in place on the server to limit the extent of damage from
any DDoS attack (which have become common on IRC networks). Please start
using irc4.z4znet.com for your connections to the server whenever available.
I would not like to see new connections rejected due to the server being at
its user limit.
